How do I send / receive eCardica eInvitations

Send eCardica eInvitations

Browse through the selection of eInvitations on our site and pick the invitation you want to send. Click on "View Bigger" to see the invitation enlarged. Click on the thumbnail image of the invitation to select the eInvitation that you would like to send.

Title of Event: Enter the title of the event. You may select the text font, color and alignment.
Your Name: Enter your name. You may select the text font, color and alignment.
Your E-Mail: Enter your e-mail address (john@smith.com).
Description: Enter the description of the event. You may select the text font, color and alignment.
Start/End Date and Time: Enter the start date and time and end date and time for the event.
Location: Enter the location of the event (street, city, state, zip code and country).
RSVP Date / E-mail / Phone: Enter the RSVP information.

Click "Preview Invitation" to see your eInvitation. Then click on "Edit invitation" to edit your invitation or "Add guests" to select the guests for your event.

Enter the names and e-mail address of the people that you would like to invite. Once you have completed entering this information click "Add Guests".

You may now select to edit guests, edit invitation, add more guests or send invitation. Click "Send Invitation" if you are completed.

The next page indicates that you successfully sent your Invitation.

Keep track of who has and has not RSVP'd to your party in the History Section (please see above for instructions).

Receive eCardica eInvitations

We provide recipients with three viewing options. If you have difficulty viewing animation or hearing sound, please see our troubleshooting tips for help. Click on the URL (address) you received in the email notification we sent you. The address looks like this:

	http://www.ecardica.com/iget.asp?vc=224408999.
	Copy and paste the URL (address) into the long, white address bar at the top of your browser window.
	Enter the eInvitation number you received in the email notification we sent you, on our Pick Up Page http://www.ecardica.com/pickup.asp
