Longer Card Storage - Cards sent by eCardica Members are stored for 60 days.
Edit your membership information anytime by accessing the "My Account" link in the Members Toolbar or by clicking on the "My Account" icon from the Control Panel. You can change your e-mail address, address and password.
Please follow the instructions below to edit My Account:
Click on the "My Account" link in the Members toolbar or click on the "My Account" icon from the Control Panel.
If you are not already signed in, enter your e-mail address and password and click login.
To Edit your personal information:
Enter the updated e-mail address, name and/or address information, phone number and click "Save Settings".
Click "Cancel" to cancel changing your personal information.
To Change your Password:
Enter your old password and type in your new password and confirm your password and click "Save Password".
eCardica members can store their family and friend's picture, e-mail addresses, personal information and much more in the Contacts section.
View all your contacts on one page by clicking on 'All'. Sort your contact by last or first name by clicking on the sort by drop down menu.
Please follow the instructions below to access this feature.
At the top of the screen is a Members toolbar; click "Contacts" on the toolbar or click on the "Contacts" icon from the Control Panel.
If you are not already signed in, enter your e-mail address and password and click sign in.
To add a contact:
Click the "Add Contact" Button.
Enter the name and contact information (e-mail address, first name, last name, address, birthday etc.).
Click "Add Contact" to store the information in your Contacts.
Click "Cancel" to cancel adding a contact.
To add picture to contact:
Find the contact that you would like to add a picture for by clicking on the letter that corresponds to the 1st letter in their last name.
Now that you found the contact, click on the person icon underneath the not specified picture.
Another window will pop up and you will be prompted to find the picture you would like to insert. Click on "Browse:" to browse you computer and select the picture you would like to upload and click 'Open'. Please make sure that the picture that you would like to upload is displayed in the field next to the browse button. If the correct picture is listed, click on the "Upload Picture" button to upload. Close this window once your picture has uploaded.
To delete a contact's picture:
Find the contact that you would like to delete a picture for by clicking on the letter that corresponds to the 1st letter in their last name.
Now that you found the contact, click on the person icon with a red X through it underneath the contact picture.
You will be prompted, "Are you sure you want to delete Image?" Click "OK" to delete.
Click "Cancel" to cancel deleting the contact.
To delete a contact:
Find the contact that you would like to delete by clicking on the letter that corresponds to the 1st letter in their last name.
Now that you found the contact, click on the red X icon underneath the contact picture of the contact you want to delete.
You will be prompted, "Are you sure you want to delete contact?" Click "OK" to delete.
Click "Cancel" to cancel deleting the contact.
To edit a contact:
Find the contact that you would like to delete by clicking on the letter that corresponds to the 1st letter in their last name.
Now that you found the contact, click on the paper icon underneath the contact picture of the contact you want to edit.
You will see the full contact information for that person displayed. Update the contact information.
Click "Save Contact" to save your changes.
Click "Cancel" to cancel editing contact information.
To add new eScheduler:
Members can use this feature to schedule a card to be sent once or reoccurring annually for special occasions and / or events.
Click on the "Add new eScheduler" button underneath the contact picture.
Now that you are in the eScheduler you have many options to choose from.
Background / border - select the color you would like for the background / border.
Card layout - select the card layout that you would like.
Font face / size / color - select the font type, size and color you would like your text to be displayed as.
Set delivery date - select the delivery date of your card.
Other options:
1. Check the 1st box to send yourself a copy of the card. Leave box unchecked (by default) if you do not want to send a copy of this card to yourself.
2. Check the 2nd box to hide the names of sender and recipient in the eCard. Leave box unchecked (by default) to show the names of the sender and recipient in your card.
3. Check the 3rd box to send this card every year on the same date. Leave box unchecked (by default) if you do not want to send this card every year on the same date.
4. Check the 4th box to send a random card for all the following years. Leave box unchecked (by default) if you do not want to send a random card each year. Do not check this box if you have not checked off the 3rd box.
5. Check off the 5th box to send yourself a notification of the event that you are scheduling a card for and also use the drop down menu to select how many days prior to the event you want a notification sent. Leave box unchecked (by default) if you do not wish to have a notification sent to you.
6. Check off the 6th box to send yourself an e-mail notification when your card has been received. Leave box unchecked (by default) if you do not wish to receive e-mail confirmation that your card has been received.
Card Preview - click on the "Select eCard" button to select a card to be eScheduled. Use the drop down menu to choose a card from our categories. Once you have found the card you would like to send click on the card and it will be filled into the eScheduler screen.
From - is already pre-filled with your name.
To - is already pre-filled with the contact name.
Message - please enter the message that you would like to appear in the card (a maximum of 1000 characters).
Click the "Preview your eCard" button when you are finished.
Check your eCard to make sure there are no mistakes. Click on the "Edit eCard" button to go back and edit card or click on the "Save eCard" to save eCard.
Click on the "Back to contacts" button to return to your contact screen.
To send an eCardica Greeting using your Contacts:
Choose an eCardica Greeting you would like to send and click "Personalize and send"
Select the name(s) from your contacts icon located on the right side of the "Personalize Your Card" page.
Click on the e-mail address that you would like to send to and the name and e-mail addresses will appear in the "To" field(s)
All your stored Reminders, special events and holidays can be viewed on your eCardica Calendar. Plan your schedule and send eCardica Greetings by clicking on the Reminder or Holiday, which will link you to the applicable eCardica Greeting category page.
Please follow the instructions below to access the Calendar:
At the top of the screen is a Members toolbar; click "Reminders" on the toolbar or click on the Control Panel button and then click on the "Reminders" icon.
If you are not already signed in, enter your e-mail address and password and click sign in.
To ADD a new Event:
Click the "Add Event" button.
Enter the Event name, occasion, event date, Remind Me, Notes and click "Add Event" to save the event.
Click "Cancel" to cancel saving the event.
To EDIT an existing Event:
Find the event on your calendar and click on the paper icon underneath the event.
Edit the event information and click "Save event" button to save your changes.
Click the "Cancel" button to cancel editing the event.
OR
Click on the "Reminders" link in the Members toolbar or click on the Control Panel button and then click on the "Reminders" icon.
Click on the "Edit" icon to the right of the event you would like to change.
Edit the information and click the "Save Event" button.
Click the "Cancel" button to cancel editing the event.
To DELETE an existing Event:
Find the event on your calendar and click on the red x icon underneath the event.
Edit the event information and click "Save event" button to save your changes.
Click the "Cancel" button to cancel editing the event.
OR
Click on the "Reminders" link in the Members toolbar or click on the Control Panel button and then click on the "Reminders" icon.
Click o the "Delete" icon to the right of the event you would like to delete.
You will be prompted, "Are you sure you want to delete this reminder?" Click "Yes" to delete.
Click the "Cancel" button to cancel deleting the event.
eCardica Reminder Notification service is a convenient way to remember all the important dates of your busy life!
Members can enter birthdays, occasions and other events, and we'll send you a reminder e-mail 1, 3, 5 or 7 days before the event! You may also sort your reminders in an ascending or descending order by last name, type, date, when or notes. Click on any of the fields to sort by that field.
Users now have the option to receive holiday reminders straight to their e-mail address 5 days before the event or holiday. Put a check mark next to all the holidays that you would like to receive e-mail reminders for and click the 'Save holiday reminders' button at the bottom of the screen.

If you are not already signed in, enter your e-mail address and password and click sign in.
To ADD a new reminder:
Click "Add new reminder".
Enter the event name, occasion, date, reminder and notes and click "Add new reminder".
Click the "Cancel" button to cancel adding new reminder.
Note: All calendar & reminder time/dates are U.S. Eastern Standard Time.
To EDIT an existing reminder:
Click on the "Reminders" link in the Members toolbar or click on the Control Panel button and then click on the "Reminders" icon.
Click on "Edit" link to the right of the event you would like to change.
Edit the information and click "Save Event".
Click the "Cancel" button to cancel editing the reminder.
To DELETE an existing reminder:
Click on the "Reminders" link in the Members toolbar or click on the Control Panel button and then click on the "Reminders" icon.
Click the "Del" link to the right of the event.
You will be prompted, "Are you sure you want to delete this reminder?" Click "Yes" to delete.
Click the "Cancel" button to cancel deleting the reminder.
To ENABLE/DISABLE holiday reminders:
Click on the "Reminders" link in the Members toolbar or click on the Control Panel button and then click on the "Reminders" icon.
Clink the "Enable holiday reminders" icon to enable all holiday reminders and receive a reminder e-mail 5 days prior to that holiday.
Click the "Disable holiday reminders" icon to disable all holiday reminders.
To SELECT ALL holiday reminders:
Click on the "Reminders" link in the Members toolbar or click on the Control Panel button and then click on the "Reminders" icon.
Clink the "Select all reminders" icon to receive a reminder e-mail for each holiday listed.
Click the "Save holiday reminders" icon to save the holiday reminder settings.
To DROP ALL holiday reminders:
Click on the "Reminders" link in the Members toolbar or click on the Control Panel button and then click on the "Reminders" icon.
Clink the "Drop all reminders" icon and you will receive no reminders.
Click the "Save holiday reminders" icon to save the holiday reminder settings.
To SELECT holiday reminders manually:
Click on the "Reminders" link in the Members toolbar or click on the Control Panel button and then click on the "Reminders" icon.
Put a checkmark in the box to the left of all the holidays that you would like to receive an e-mail reminder and click the "Save holiday reminders" button to save your reminder settings.
You can store your favorite eCardica Greetings in one convenient location so that you can easily send them to your friends at any time.
Please follow the instructions below to access My Favorites:
At the top of the screen is a Members toolbar click "My Favorites" on the toolbar. or click on the Control Panel button and then click on the "My Favorites" icon.
If you are not already signed in, click Sign In and enter your e-mail address and password and click sign in.
Use the category drop down menu to browse through eCardica Greetings. Once you've found the eCard that you would like to save click on the "Add to my favorites" button.
OR
While browsing you see an eCard that you would like to save just click on the "Add to my favorites" button and that card will be added.
To SEND a eCardica Greeting from My Favorites:
Click on the "My Favorites" link in the Members toolbar or click on the Control Panel button and then click on the "My Favorites" icon.
Click on the eCardica Greeting you would like to send.
Personalize your card and click the "Preview your eCard" button.
Review your card and click the "Send your eCard" button to send your card!
To DELETE a eCardica Greeting from My Favorites:
Click on the "My Favorites" link in the Members toolbar or click on the Control Panel button and then click on the "My Favorites" icon.
Click the "Delete" button to the right of the eCardica Greeting you would like to delete from My Favorites.
You will be prompted "Are you sure you want to delete favorite?" Click the "OK" button to delete favorite.
Click the "Cancel" button to cancel deleting favorite.
eCardica members can view the history for all the cards and invitations that they have sent, received and scheduled in this section. Members can now also track all RSVP's received as well as view and/or edit cards and send new cards that have been sent in the past.
Please follow the instructions below to access History:
Click on the "History" link in the Members toolbar or click on the Control Panel button and then click on the "History" icon.
If you are not already signed in, enter your e-mail address and password and click sign in.
The History section, by default, opens to the Card History; to view Invitation History click on the "Invitations History" button.
Scheduled Cards History:
To EDIT a card that has been scheduled for delivery at a later date:
Click on the "Edit" icon next to the card you wish to edit.
From - is already pre-filled with your name.
Signatures - check the box to hide the names of sender and recipient in car or uncheck the box to show the names of the sender and recipient.
Background / border - select the color you would like for the background / border.
Card layout - select the card layout that you would like.
Font face / size / color - select the font type, size and color you would like your text to be displayed as.
Set delivery date - select the delivery date of your card.
Other options:
1. Send me a copy - check the box to send yourself a copy of the eCard that you are sending or leave the box unchecked if you do not wish to receive a copy of the card.

Click on the "View" icon next to the card you wish to view.
Now you have the option to save eCard or send an eCard.
Click on the "Save eCard" button to permanently save this eCard to your History section.
Click on the "Send an eCard" button to send this eCard to someone else. Please follow the steps above for editing an eCard that was scheduled for delivery.
Cards Sent History:
To EDIT a card that was already sent:

Cards Received History:
When you receive an eCardica Greeting that you would like to save, click on the "Save Card" button at the bottom of the page. This will save the eCard to your History section.
To EDIT a card that you have received:
Click on the "Edit" icon next to the card you wish to edit.
Please follow the instructions above to Edit a card that has been already sent.
To VIEW a card that you have received:
Click on the "View" icon next to the card you wish to view.
Now you have the option to save eCard or send an eCard.
Click on the "Save eCard" button to permanently save this eCard to your History section.
Click on the "Send an eCard" button to send this eCard to someone else. Please follow the steps above for editing an eCard that was already sent.
To DELETE a card that you have received:
Click on the "Delete" icon next to the card you wish to delete.
You will be prompted "Are you sure you want to delete this card from your card history?"
Click "OK" to delete this card or click "Cancel" to cancel deleting card.
Invitations History:
Click on the "Invitations history" button from the History section. Here you are able to view all invitations sent as well as the RSVP's.
All the invitation(s) you have sent out are listed in under the Invitations sent section.
To SORT by category:
Click on the category title that you would like to sort by and all your invitations will be re-sorted by that category.
To VIEW the invitation status:
Click on the "open" button to the right of the invitation that you would like to view.
Another section will open up under your invitation which will display the details of who you have invited to your party. Displayed you will see all recipients, their e-mail address, whether they have opened your invitation and time / date they opened it and their RSVP to you.
To CLOSE the invitation status:
Click on the "close" button to the right of the invitation that you would like to close the status for.
eCardica Members may store all their favorite pictures in this section. Upload your favorite pictures to the My Pictures sections to send them as eCardica Greetings and / or share them with family and friends.
Your pictures will be stored here until you delete them yourself and there is no limit on how many pictures you may store here.

If you are not already signed in, enter your e-mail address and password and click sign in.
To UPLOAD a picture:
Click "Upload Picture".
Click "Browse" and find the picture that you would like to upload and click "Open".
Click "Upload Picture".
To SEND a picture as an eCard:
Click on the "Send Card" button to the right of the picture or the actual picture that you would like to send.
Follow the steps for sending an eCard Greeting.
To DELETE a picture:
Click on the "Delete" button to the right of the picture that you would like to delete.
You will be prompted, "Are you sure you want to delete this picture?" Click "Yes" to delete or click "Cancel" to cancel deleting the picture.
To Share My Pictures:
Click on the "Share My Pictures" button.
Enter the e-Mail address of the person you would like to share your pictures with and click on the "Send link" button or click "Cancel" to cancel sharing your pictures.
eCardica.com Members can create a virtual scrapbook to view and share with family and friends. Create scrapbook pages in the Scrapbook section and share your scrapbook with family and friends by sending a link to your scrapbook.
Your scrapbook will be stored here until you delete it yourself and there is no limit on how many pages you may store in your book.
Please follow the instructions below to access this feature:
At the top of the screen is a Members toolbar; click "Scrapbook" on the toolbar or click on the Control Panel button and then click on the "Scrapbook" icon.
If you are not already signed in, enter your e-mail address and password and click sign in.
To CREATE a Scrapbook:
Click on the "Create Scrapbook" button.
To select BACKGROUND of sheets:
Click on the "Background" icons on the top of the page.
You may now select to place the background on the left or right sheet. Click on the background you like and then chose "set for left sheet" to set background to the left sheet or on "set for right sheet" to set background to the right sheet or click on "cancel" to cancel selecting background.
To STYLE of sheets:
Click on the "Style" icons on the top of the page.
You may now select to place the style on the left or right sheet. Click on the style that you like and then chose "set for left sheet" to set style to the left sheet, or "set for right sheet" to set style to the right sheet or click on "cancel" to cancel selecting background.
To CREATE scrapbook pages:
Click on the "Browse" icons to select a picture to insert. Find the picture that you would like to insert, click on the picture and click open. If you have chosen a style that has text, insert the text in the text box provided. You may customize the text font, color, size, style and alignment.
To SAVE scrapbook pages:
Click on the "Save" icon to save the scrapbook pages or click on the "Cancel" icon to cancel saving your page(s).
To ADD more scrapbook pages:
Click on "Add more pages" and follow the steps above.
To DELETE scrapbook pages:
Click on the page number at the bottom of the scrapbook page. Click "Delete Sheet" to delete sheet or click "Close" to cancel deleting the sheet.
To SHARE scrapbook:
Click on the "Share Scrapbook" icon.
Enter in the e-mail address of the person you would like to share your Scrapbook with and click the "Send link" button or click on the "Cancel" button to cancel sharing your Scrapbook.
Schedule eCards to be sent to everyone you know. Never forget a special event or occasion ever again. In this section you can schedule an eCard to be sent on a specific date once or every year.
Please follow the instructions below to access this feature:
Click on the "eScheduler" link in the Members toolbar or click on the Control Panel button and then click on the "eScheduler" icon.
If you are not already signed in, enter your e-mail address and password and click sign in.
To Add new eScheduler:
Using the drop down menu select a person from your Contacts that you would like to schedule an eCard for.
The e-mail address and birthday will automatically be filled in from the information that you entered in for this contact. To change the e-mail address and / or the date of the card, click in the corresponding box and change the information as needed.
Click on the "Add new eScheduler"
Now that you are in the eScheduler you have many options to choose from.
Background / border - select the color you would like for the background / border.
Card layout - select the card layout that you would like.
Font face / size / color - select the font type, size and color you would like your text to be displayed as.
